How do I use this community to hold myself accountable to my goals?
Our Facebook group is active 24 hours a day, so whenever you're feeling off-track, need a little boost, have questions, or want some help making sure you're getting things done, reach out here for help! Our members are awesome and someone will get back to you quickly. Further to that, our members are great at following up and checking in with you to make sure you're staying focused and on course to reach your goals.
Don't forget to make use of our #TFNCHECKIN events to let us know where you're at after every 4 weeks. You can reference this event each month to see how close to your goals you've come. We recommend you take before and after photos, post your macro breakdowns, as well as measurements of your arms, thighs, waist, booty etc to use to help track your progress when you post your check-in! This will also help the ladies in the group to tailor advice for you and your goals if you're not feeling quite on track sometimes.
