I'm not receiving Abby's member emails. What should I do?
Please note that since the new curriculum launch (in January of 2018), Abby has not been sending regular daily emails as before. However, if you still believe you're missing the ones she has been sending, there are a couple things we can do.
First, we'll ask you to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails have been known to land there until they're marked as safe (and sometimes even if they are!).
If they aren't there, please send us a note at email@example.com so that we may edit your email subscription settings from our back end.
