I didn't receive one/either of the two Welcome emails to confirm my account.
A couple different things might be going on here. First, we'll ask you to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails have been known to land there until they're marked as safe. It can take up to 48 hours for the first email to generate.
Next, we'll try sending you password reset instructions that will allow you to set your login credentials and access our platform. Alternatively, you can request these same password reset instructions by navigating to our login page and selecting "Forgot Password".
If your email address is not recognized when we attempt to send password reset instructions, you likely misspelled your email address when you subscribed. Email email@example.com and we'll get you sorted and into the courses!
