Where can I find my nutrition plan?
Your weekly nutrition plan can be found under each weekly section (i.e. "Week 1", "Week 2", and etc.) within the lesson titled "Week 1 Meal & Workout Plan". This lesson provides an overview for the weekly meals, but by clicking into "Day 1", "Day 2", and so on, you'll find your daily meals linked to their recipes.
