To familiarize yourself with the program, take some time to review the Phase 1 course content. Start by reading through the "Getting Started" & "Resources" sections so that you can familiarize yourself with our program and some of the tools available to you.
Then, you'll be ready to jump right into "Week 1", where we outline your expectations for nutrition and training for the week. As long as you follow our weekly guided lessons and use your daily checklist to stay on top of your own accountability, you'll be well on your way in no time!
