How important is it to stay consistent with this program?
Consistency is the key to success on the TEAM! We value consistency above almost everything. We believe very strongly in the power of consistency and our members are proof that the more consistent you are, the more successful you'll be with reaching your goals.
As a general guide, we expect our members to hit their daily calorie targets to within +/-100 calories each day, and their macro targets to within +/-10 grams daily. We also suggest a minimum of 3 workouts days per week (although our plan is designed with 4 weekly workouts), plus active rest days. We've even created daily checklists to help guide you through staying consistent!
