Are FitBits or other wearable devices recommended for use with this program?

It isn't necessary to own a FitBit or other wearable device for use with our program. However if you're going to buy a device to track your health and fitness, we recommend that you by one that includes a heart rate monitor to track how HARD you are pushing yourself.

Please note that Abby has factored in calories burned into your daily nutrition targets, so you will NOT have to make up for calories burned while exercising by eating more. We actually recommend that you unpair your wearable devices from any calorie tracking apps like MyFitnessPal to prevent confusion.
