In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send us your written request on or before your 30th day in our program. Any requests made after your 30th day are not eligible for a refund.
TransformNation reserves the right to protect ourselves from abuse by refusing refunds to people we deem to be ‘serial refunders’. If you have received a refund in the past, you are not eligible for a refund on future courses without express, written consent from TransformNation prior to your purchase.

What about the Ultimate Guide to Exercise Swaps? What’s the refund policy on that?
Due to the digital nature of this guide, we are unable to offer refunds on the Ultimate Guide to Exercise Swaps once you've purchased the program.
What if I enrolled in the wrong program - am I able to switch from Beginner to Advanced (or vice versa)?
If you’ve enrolled in one program and find you’d prefer to switch your enrolment to the other, please email us within 5 days of your initial purchase.
Within 5 days of purchasing, we will be able to update your enrolment without penalty.
After 5 days, we’ll be able to switch your enrolment but our 30-day money back guarantee policy will be void. Here’s why:
The reason we offer a 30-day money back guarantee is that we believe in giving our members a full 30 days to see if one phase of content suits their needs. In the first 30 days of our program, you only receive access to Phase 1's content. On day 31, Phase 2 opens, and our refund period is over. (In our Advanced Program, these are Phases 5 and 6, respectively.)
By swapping your enrolment between Beginner and Advanced, you are not only receiving a second phase of content within the first 30 days, but you’ll receive access to five courses total, rather than four courses you’ve paid for.
Because you're receiving more content than allowed by our refund policy in those first 30 days and to protect our content, we will not be able to grant a refund once we proceed with this change beyond the 5-day mark.
One program swap per customer. If you started in the Beginner Program and decided to switch to the Advanced Program, no sweat! We will NOT be able to switch you back into the Beginner plan if you decide our Advanced plan is, in fact, outside your experience level. No enrolment swaps can be made after the first 30 days.
I purchased the program recently, but I see it's on sale today. Can I get a price adjustment?

Once it has expired, we are unable to price adjust to that amount. Please note that our expiry times are shown in Eastern Standard Time.
LIMITED RUN DISCOUNT CODES
On occasion, we offer limited run coupon codes (ex. 300 uses of a particular code before it expires). In this case, we may only price adjust your purchase if we receive your written request while there are still active uses left on that code. If all 300 instances have been used up, we aren’t able to honor this price adjustment.
