What happens after Phase 8 in the Advanced program?

Both our Beginner and Advanced Programs are designed so that you can repeat the training cycles 2-3 times, while getting stronger and continuing to make progress. We give advice on adjusting your nutrition targets throughout the program so that your nutrition continues to support changes in your body. 

That said, our goal with our Advanced Program was to educate you well enough that you feel confident designing and adjusting your training plan on your own.
