Are there at-home workouts in the Advanced program?
There are no at-home workouts in the Advanced Program. If you'd like to continue with bodyweight-only workouts, we encourage you to repeat the Beginner Program with a focus on performing your circuits faster and with better form. If you think you're ready to make the leap to a gym membership or at least invest in some equipment for training at home, you're ready for the Advanced program!
We do include a bodyweight On-The-Go Plan in Phase 5, intended for use when you’re travelling or in a pinch. It is not intended to be used as a regular part of your training routine and will not advance in difficulty or support the higher-level training goals we work on from Phases 5-8.
