What if I’m not quite ready to progress beyond the Beginner Phase 1-4 Program?
No problem! Both our Beginner and Advanced Programs are designed so that you can repeat the training cycles 2-3 times, while getting stronger and continuing to make progress. Just start back with the Phase 1 workouts, tracking your weights and focusing on getting stronger every week. You should be stronger than when you first started! We also give adjustment advice so you can keep your nutrition working for you as your body changes.
