I'm not quite done P1-P4 yet, can I jump right into P5-P8?

In most cases, no. The Advanced program picks up exactly where Phase 4 leaves off in terms of training volume, exercise difficulty, and nutrition. When you start Phase 5, we assume you've mastered the monthly habits from our Beginner Program and are consistent with your training and nutrition. If you have any doubts about either of these things, we recommend holding off for now and finishing the Beginner Program before jumping in.
