I’m loving the program, but I am extremely sore the day after a workout - it’s affecting my ability to function normally. Can I modify the workouts so I’m not quite so sore?

Rather than modifying the workouts, our first suggestion would be to drop your weight or to perform the exercise with bodyweight only, depending on the exercise. Performing with a lighter weight will significantly lessen the soreness you experience post-workout.

If a particular exercise causes you significant soreness regardless of the weight, we encourage you to post in our Facebook community. Here, our members can help you best modify the exercise or substitute it for another that targets the same muscle group.
