I noticed there isn’t a lot of direct ab work in this program. Why is that?

While direct ab work has not been incorporated into your daily training, we encourage you to add abs & core exercises to your workouts up to 2-3 times per week after your weightlifting workouts if you choose.

Remember, you should be engaging your core and keeping your abs strong as you execute most other exercises. This engagement provides significant indirect abdominal work.
