I only have between 45-60 minutes to dedicate to the gym. How do I make the most of my workout?
This is all the time you should need! Our workouts are designed to be completed in 40-60 minutes. If you're working at a challenging weight, keeping your rest times as outlined within the program, and moving between exercises efficiently, you'll be in and out of the gym quickly! Don't forget to allot time to warm up before your workout and to cool down and stretch after.
