How do I navigate the grocery store to get everything I need while saving on costs and time?
Keep in mind that most whole foods are found on the perimeter of the store - your veggies, meats, eggs, and dairy. Fill your cart with as much of these foods as possible before heading into the aisles.
It'll also help to have a grocery list ready - use our TEAM grocery lists, or have it written out or in a note on your smartphone! This way, you'll be committing to only those items and will have less time to wander into the snack aisle or spend extra money.
