Can I follow a keto diet while on this program?
We have a few members in our community following a ketogenic diet, but for members who are just starting out, we recommend following a higher protein diet to help aid in muscle recovery.
We follow a flexible dieting approach to nutrition and keep track of the relative energy content of the foods we're eating. The idea is that there are no good or bad foods; different foods just have different energy breakdowns.
If you are following a keto diet, you will need to make some adjustments to our recommended macro targets. Please note that while we can guarantee progress to members who follow our base plan consistently, we're unable to offer the same guarantee if you stray from our recommended targets to suit a different diet.
